Equip poof can still happen

A friend of me was loosing all his equip last week while gating with a simple macro running in the background... he was under the world with this macro running:
After casting Gate his Computer crashes, after reboot and login he saw all equip on himself and in the bank was poofed, exept the money in the bank.
This happens using IRC-20021016 with Wed Oct 16 Client and new UI.
I hope this helps a little bit to track down the bug. :)
