Kasodo, did you modify occutils, mac at all? It didn't post correctly, but my eyeball of the code didn't see any differences from the original until your posted copy cuts off at the end.

K well i got this macro going and it buffed and made pet great. Loaded all the spells just fine and buffed pet jsut fine. But after doing all the buffs it just sits there. It doesnt do anything after its does buffing. I been trying to figure it out but im by no means a macro writer. Anyone have a similar problem or know wtf is wrong?

If you are interested in the mage version of this mac PM me your email or something and I will gladly send you both files.
The only changes I made to occutils.mac were the /sendkey and /press changes, otherwise everything was left alone due to the fact that the code was pretty good to begin with.
Tuna, after running your mac for a couple of weeks now I think most of your problems with it lagging you out it that you echo to the chatwnd a lot... and I mean a lot. Once the buffer gets big you will notice a huge difference in performace. Try editing out a lot of your /echo commands in your occutils and so forth. I havent done so yet with the mage version I made because it doesnt add the mob to hate list every timeit gets hit....
Now the reason I have been missing is that my wife just had our baby on Sunday!! My little girls name is Kendra and she was 8 lbs 1 oz! She is the coolest thing since sliced bread, I wil try to get back around the community more often. See you all soon!

Anyone modified the original mac to work "as intended" for a bst (not the mag modified version). I am newb to MQ2 and was able to modify it some so it wouldnt crash to desktop. But its not functioning completley as it should and i don't really know enough to make it work correctly as originally defined, but with script changes to work with current patch versions. thx.

The mage version doesn't seem to work too well.. It seems to get caught on the rocks. Short characters have issues lol. Doesn't sit to med or use mount.
I'm gonna play with it some more.

How come you have this in the macro?
| Change this to wherever you XP
|#define ZONE_TO_XP_IN "Ocean of Tears"
| You will also need to search for @@STARTINGLOCS and change
| those values.
To avoid getting summoned somewhere by a GM, and them witness your macro-ness?
Any other logical use?

That particular portion of code is in there because you customize the mac for the zone you xp in such as locs that you pull to and safe spots as well as what mob to hunt. If you were to set up all those variables and defines for say OCean of Tears and try to run the same mac in East Commons your mac would do a lot of crazy noticable things possibly leading you to a ban.

Sorry for the double-post, but anyone else have issue with the auto-run code? I tried this out in a safe place, like Tox using 0,0 as a loc...and it just continually says I am stuck.

Is anyone considering updating this macro for MQ2Data? I've been working on my version of it, but it has taken me a LONG time to even get it partially functional.

I'm very interested in this macro. Are there any similiar version of this that work with the current MQ2, or anyone that would be willing to update this code. Thanx for any input or suggestions.

Haven't played or updated the script in a long time. Recently re-activated my old wizard account. Might write an automated quad-kiting script, if anyone is interested. Can't devote too much time to it though.

The difference is he didn't ask someone to make him an AFK macro. If that is too hard to understand I suggest trying to find a book called "Common Sense for Dummies".
