I'm so damn confused... nothing I try is working. Can't set mainassist. Can't even type /rhhelp.

WTH did I do?

Launched RH 5.9, set up all toggles again, typed in /leash 50 (charname) and stood there for a min waiting on group to move and my rogue was going nuts lol, he was walking back and forth like he couldnt find me and his stake point.. but then i read on the /leashflex and set it i think 50% and he was fine, not sure if this is a bug or the added featured made the /leash feature work different but i know it wasn't like this in 5.8. Just a heads up. Again this is the best macro EVER and im lost without it!

Everything works fine just have to set that /leashflex is all.

I'll look into that... that makes sense that the default leash flex is too small. I never got a chance to test the code since MQ wasn't repaired for OoW prior to Hurricane Ivan hitting, so I released as-is.

I'm glad to hear it works =) I made all those changes this time in the blind w/no testing :P

Our house took some pretty bad damage (we live just east of the where the eye made landfall). A tree fell on my truck, and our fence is gone, shed destroyed and we're missing 20% of our shingles.

Soon as we have power (3 weeks?) and ISP connectivity, I'll resume working on things, but right now I gotta fix my house.

In the interim, set the leashflex value to 50, as the default 10 is probably too small.

Take care,

Jerle, when you get things taken care of, any chance of incorporating "Must Equip" like puppetmaster has on item clicks? I keep putting it in, but I also keep forgetting when I download a new version and I have to go steal the code again~

Mostly, I don't like losing 100+ hp on stuff that I click just from swapping it out when I could do it from inventory without swapping it with an item I'm wearing.

I'd have to look at puppet master to understand what you mean. There's an option for click items in PuppetMaster to click from inventory rather than equip them? And by doing so, you won't lose any hp bonuses from gear you'd have ordinarily taken off?

Not to sound snooty, but I'd not have noticed, I think. My rogue has max HP regen and 8500 hps buffed, so swapping out a ring or something doesn't even dent my health, and if it did, it'd max back out in one tick.

I guess I could put it in, but it's really only beneficially for very low-leveled rogues, isn't it?

Still working on our roof... got phones and emergency power now.

ok, I'm back to being confused again. I don't know what's going on. I did a completely fresh install of MQ and it won't recognize commands for RH. /rhhelp doesn't even work. I can edit the .ini file manually and it seems to work, but MQ isn't recognizing any "commands" I try using.

Any idea what I did wrong?

Yes, you overwrote your "Macroquest.ini" file, which is where the /alias files that RH uses are stored.. basically, go into your RHSettings.ini and delete the Version number.. then RH will reload the aliases the next time you run it.. and everything will start working again..

Thats what I think you may have done atleast..

thank you so much! that did the trick.
I didn't remove that file though. It just lost the version somehow.
I will remember that in the future.

It doesn't kill me to swap 100 or 200 hp out, but it seems sort of a waste to do it when you don't have to. Not that it happens often, but if I swap my earring, ring, and range slot out all at the same time I've just lost around 400 hp. That's a swing I didn't have to take.

Well, I did have to take it for the ring~

Knight:

I'll look into it for the next version.

TrippyTom:

ACK! That'd be an RH bug. LoadingPleaseWait's help was right on the money, but you shouldn't have to do that. RH knows when RH has been upgraded, but has no idea if you've upgraded MQ and potentially lost your MacroQuest.ini (and all your existing aliases). I may have to write MQ's version number in the RHSettings.INI file as well as RH's and make sure neither have changed in order to bypass loading aliases. If MQ changes, you may have lost all alises; if RH changes, you may be missing new ones. Thanks for the post TrippyTom, that's an oversight on my part.

Everyone:

Nobody has any comments on the HTML documentation? :( I worked hard putting that together.

I thought the html documentation was very instructive and nicely done, with only 1 or 2 typos :)

I've not only enjoyed the HTML documentation provided (very great job btw), but even more so, I've enjoyed the comments/explantions in your program. It makes editing, following along, and even just learning, that much easier. I wish more macro's were commented as much as RH.mac, it would make it a whole lot easier to understand whats going on for people who are newer to programming / understanding code.

Thanks again,
