Anyone know why i get this error with the brewing/smithing macros?
Code: Select all
Could not send notification to 302 leftmouseup
and it just keeps spamming that, happens right when it gets to the forge or brew barrel.

Yeah, it opens all of the bags. Just once it gets to the brewing barrel or forge it cant open them and it just keeps spamming that.

Maybe there's a problem with /itemtarget like they just found the problem with interaction with ground spawns. Try manually doing the itemtarget and see what message MQ gives you.

Well i get the brew barrel target or the forge it runs to it than once its there it hits escape or whatever to lose target and it never opens it and it just keeps spamming that notification shit, only macro i tried that works for me is the fletching one for tradeskills.
Also does anyone have this same problem?

Would have to do some testing but considering they remade all the Tradeskill World objects (brew barrel, forge, and loom as examples) then they could need to be readjusted in MQ's information for them. The fletching is not a world object item so did not get changed.

"/click left item" loses target on the tradeskill world objects. "/click left" opens up the new Tradeskill recipe window.

Ok, started on the pottery macro today after using and maxing out on the jewelcraft yesterday. The only problem that i constanly run into, is the macro is not targetting and opening the pottery wheel or the kiln properly. Is this a matter of my positioning when starting the macro? I am starting it standing in front of the npc you stated in the .mac file, and it takes me to the proper npc's and places, but it is not opening the pottery wheel or the kiln correctly.

I replaced all instances of "/nomodkey /click left item" with "/nomodkey /click left". It works fine in theory, but when used in the Macro, no matter the delay, it opens up a defunct tradeskill window.
I'm trying to fine tune the Pottery macro to get around this, but alas, no permanent success yet.

Found a working combination for Pottery.
Code: Select all
/itemtarget "Pottery Wheel"
/face
/look
/delay ${Math.Calc[${DelayMult}*2]}s
/nomodkey /click left
/delay ${Math.Calc[${DelayMult}*2]}s
/nomodkey /notify TradeskillWnd ExperimentButton leftmouseup
/delay ${Math.Calc[${DelayMult}*2]}s

Hm... My code appears to only work 50% of the time. Why is it that sometimes the tradeskill window pops up, and other times it pops up, and at other times it doesn't?

I went in and change both the "left click item" on pottery wheel and kiln and macro is running fine now. Just one thing though. Is there any way you could modify this macro to max skill instead of just to 188? I apologize I am not a coder so I would have no idea how to do it.

Yes, it is possible.
I'm sure someone might do it, because they want to be able to max pottery.
So, you can wait until someone has a personal need to do that, or you can try to learn how to do it yourself.

(I may write some crappy macros, but I do write them. You can't learn unless you try.)
Fuck writing MQ2 macros. Go with IS scripts; IS Rules!
