I've yet to see an item in game, without MQ2 running, that doesn't show proc/click level.

*sigh* To answer the question fully, for when people search...

Weapon Proc levels are shown in EQ.
When you click a weapon's link, scroll down to the effect description. Look for Required Level under the proc's effect description. That's the level it procs.

Click items had this information removed, but originally showed the same information, but it was very inaccurate and showed the effect level of the click effect, not the required level to click it.

In what was quoted from my above the red text, you will find the word proc, not click.

In the msg above your msg, which you replied to without quoting was the word click not proc

That's as may be. But I see the confusion here finaly. I never specified Weapons, was speaking of items with proc or click in general. As you say, clickies n' procies are displayed differently.
