I believe I saw it limited to 60 mana per tick client side, but thats not to say its limited server side at all...
I've been at over 90 per tick with lvl 64 necro lich(Seduction of Saryrn = 50), BL 64 crack (Spiritual Dominion = 9), 64 necro damage shield/mana regen (force shield = 2), 6x bard song was like 20 or 21, and I was sitting part of the time. Oh, and I have FT1 lol. I bet you can guess what earring I have on.
BTW, people don't like it when you mention that you are "probably" regening close to 90m per tick when they are SO happy they have C5 and kitty crack.
Sorry can't remember exact number, and don't know what I regen sitting down or standing as a 65 DE.
