You will probably need to adjust your delays. Sometimes when it loots, it is not in the cursor yet and when it finally pops on the cursor, your .mac may already be past the check that destroys it. Ever since one of those March patches, the lag on looting and stuff like that has been tremendous. I had to adjust my delays quite a bit.
