Free Character Transfer

Hi guys, does any one know how to move a character to any server without paying $75? I've heard that there's an article out there that show you how to. I think it had something to do with moving to Storm Hammer Server before the destinated server. Does anyone have that article? Any helps woulde be appreciated, thanks.

It's not free and you wouldn't be able to use your toon for awhile. You should find many sites with that info if you just used google.
