Not a dumb question worthy of flame but afaik no, you cannot change it.

It's not a dumb question in and of itself, but it's been asked so many times and in so m amy posts I'm waitrng for the "Go Search " replies.

A search of the topic will show (somewhere) that no, it can't be done. HUD font is fixed

If you look through the code you will see something like the function which writes to the HUD calls EQ's internal function, the same one which writes the network meter in the upper left corner presumably. That's a fixed font, unless you recreate by disassembling the original SOE-written DLL, this won't be changeable anytime soon.

ps: please note that I only looked at this once for about 5 minutes, this was my conclusion and won't ever bother to look again, so I could be wrong, you could've taken 5 minutes and look for yourself too
