PM problems

is anyone having problems where there pm's are goign to the outbox but not sent items? I have a couple that have been there for 48+ hours and still not sent.

Sent box means its been read, so you can't edit it... Outbox means they haven't read it... Or it's the other way around... but one of those configs...
