help with

I have a friend who has some pretty nice plug-ins on his Mq2. My question is, If he sends me the compiled plug in files and i add them to my mq2, then re-compile the whole thing, will his plug-ins work with mine? How should I add them into mine? Is there a certain way it should be done?

I've been reading and searching quite abit on this site for information about it. Alot of good information on here, has helped me out alot. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Basically say he has MQ2Irc and you want it... he could just send you his MQ2Irc folder and you put it in your MQ2 directory, It will already have the cpp file and any needed files in it from his own compile. Open the workspace go to add project to workspace and find the folder you just added. Open it and add that project to the main workspace then compile like normal. Make sure when you build the batch files that it has a checkmark next to whatever you added. Make sure you load the plugins after you compile heh. So many forget to do that and ask why they don't work etc... good luck!
