you cant pass 202 with store bought stuff. to get higher you need to do SO much work its really stupid.
1)hunt for condensed substances in luclin (alot, mostly lvl 40+)
2)hunt for acrylia ore in luclin (alot, mostly lvl 25+)
3)get smithing to 116+
4)smith together your PARTS to make a acrylia arrow
5)hope thru all that smithing work that making the acrylia arrow actually increases your fletching
