Request: a working macro for camping single mob spawns

Post by kozz » Sun Sep 29, 2002 11:33 pm

/mooch somebody have anything good they wanna share. Im suprised I haven't seen any ones that work flawlessley yet considering camping a 10+ hour spawn would be the perfect use for a macro..I see the main problem with the camping macro's here is there is no loop to to try to keep targeting the mob if its not up, instead they go to attacking what ever is in your current target or not at all if there isn't anything there. Heh I just want the code laid out there strait~

inc flames rtfm learn to program etc. (if your so good why is there no working macro yet?)

Sub Main
   /press esc
| Can't remember, is this "on" or "off" to stop showing it?
   /filter name off
   /filter name add There are no
   :LoopNPCCheck
      /target npc dyllin
   /if $target()!=TRUE {
      /delay 5s
      /goto :LoopNPCCheck
   }
   /if $target(name)!~"dyllin" /goto :TryAgain
   /call KillNPC
   :TryAgain
   /press esc
   /goto :LoopNPCCheck
/return
you mean something like that?

Can't get my /target loop to work right. Only does it once then won't go back.

Post that portion of your code. Feel free to change the name of your spawn before you do. Easier to tell what's going on when we can see what you've done.
