Counting Items in Inventory

Post by robdawg » Tue Mar 23, 2004 11:53 am

First post so sorry if this is an "RTFM" post. :)

But anyways, I am looking for code/script that counts items in your inventory.

Something that will list the following:

100 Halas Meat Pies
200 Silks
100 HQ Pelts
....

Or just be able to count certain items that are in an array.

Thanks.

I think Lax added a top-level FindItemCount data object ... however, I'm looking for the ability to count a particular item across both inventory and bank slots (a separate method would be fine too - i know how to add -- <grin> ).

I wrote this up once in an older version of the code - I called it something like $count(withbank,"Item Name") - but anyway not sure if anyone has thought of doing this? If not, I'll add it in and post some code.
