Help with {Target.HeadingTo}

Post by Stilgar » Fri Apr 02, 2004 8:01 pm

When I use that, I get the opposite values for east and west, i.e.

if I should head East, it shows 270 (instead of 90) and vice Versae for West.
Also, in the MQParm there was the possibilty of showing the bearing in directions, i.e. "SWS" or "ENE"...is there any way to implement that again?

HeadingTo is just a heading type, so you can get the direction (SE, E, SSE, whatever) easily by using

Code: Select all

${Target.HeadingTo.ShortName}
As far as it being 180 degrees off, I dunno if that's been fixed or not.

It's fixed after I update. The only part that is off is if you do ${Target.HeadingTo} -- if you do ${Target.HeadingTo.ShortName} it's right. Anyway, the fix will be up tomorrow when we update for the patch
