Download the ZIP, compile it, read the readme.html file, look at a couple of the sample macros, read the readme.html file.
Rinse and repeat.

If you are the kind of person that "just wants to use it" then its not for you. But if you are the kind of person that likes to figure things out and tinker and learn, then its not very hard to learn.

Depends on what you want to uuse it for. If you just want it to automate TS or for spawnchecking, etc, all you need is a compiler and a monkey can do it. If you want to really do stuff with it, it takes some skill.

If you have a copy of V++ or NET to compile the stuff then it's not to hard How to do that is told exactly how to do in the readme.html
It is i think odd though that that file is located in the Release folder,.. not somewhere where i first looked for instructions on how to get the realease working in the first place (i was looking for a readme straight under the MQlatest folder).
If however you are not too computer savy and have to try the compiling via the (posted in the forum) free trial internet .Net version, then I expect you to have some more problems with that.
But like all others here already said,.. if you ask stuff that can't be found with a search through the forums or a RTFM, then you usually find some nice soul that will try to explane you.

It is not a hard program to compile, if you are an avid programmer it is child's play, if you are just an aficionado, then it would take to read the html instructions a few times [e.g. success=(RTFM*10)^n]before you could figure it out, but I would not discourage anyone who wants to learn programming and have fun doing it.

[e.g. success=(RTFM*10)^n]
I'm assuming in this context, n refers to learning individuals noob factor?
With knowledge comes power....so RTFM
