Oh my GOD what happened to MQ! What's this MQ2 stuff?

Need some help with that macro you're working on or aren't quite sure how to get your macro to do something? Ask here!

Holy shit. I exit EQ for a measly 8 months or so and come back and there's been 2 expansion packs released and none of my macros work anymore! /Cry. It's gonna take some thinking in terms of EQ since i've been taking a break from the computer for quite a while. My wonderful $t timers are gone, replaced with new improved timers, i can't call routines.mac anymore cause it's broke, and the future looks grim... for my bed.

Bottom Line, you guys are awesome. I obviously am not too thrilled with the new changes from MQ->MQ2, but it's great to see how much easier it is to do programming now. Good to all of you for doing such an awesome job. Now to just figure out where to get started. Never heard of an FPS limiter before, and there's millions of posts mentioning it.

Who do I make donations to?

Welcome back... although I think you're in the wrong forum.

Seriously, RTFM :) A lotta changes, but most are outlined. Wassup is doing a great job of keeping the manual mostly up to date. Of course we're currently in a transition phase yet again, so a bunch of the ways you were used to doing things are gonna go bye bye. But with a little luck it will all actually be simpler.
