I just posted this as an idea in another thread, and have just gotten into macros, so know very little about writting them:
Pseudocode:

---------Epic + ManaRobe----------
(If wizard doesn't have epic effect,)not really necessary
cast epic,
loop(
loopx13(cast manarobe, if mana > X break)
cast epic)while mana < X

I will learn the syntax soon enough, and attempt this if it's not already out by then.

Using the Manarobe macro you refered to
