Hero Brew

I saw the macro for the hero brew including the walking.. i was wondering if it would be possible if someone could post just a macro that did the combines, but you had to manually buy the stuff and open the brew barrel.

Im new to MQ and have no clue what im doing and would more than likely mess something up.
