muffin quest buy/trade mac

I've been searching for a faction questing macro, and have found a few that allow me to hand in items, but i would like a mac that allows me to buy quest items (muffins), turn them in, and buy more <loop>. Maybe I am missing it but i have yet to see a similar mac for this. Anyone able to help with this please?

There's a buy loop until bags are full in MacroDepot
There is also a macro for turning in quest items... again in MacroDepot

Either look through the two pages manually or search for SELL and BATWING
