One of two things. Both are because you didnt read the information you were supposed to read and follow the instructions you were supposed to follow. Right above the download link there is big bold red letters, and next to them is a statement that says if you don't read this, you don't get free support. I suggest you read it instead of asking the question in the topic, because if you ask the question you are going to receive the "RTFM" rank which guarantees that I wont answer any of your questions.
