Bard Twist

I've been a MQ user for a long time, mainly just for the auto-twist macro for bards. I was wondering, would it be possible to have auto weapon switch if possible? I have natures melody in mainhand, and Epic or Better in offhand. Is it possible to have a twist macro that will twist 4 songs, while swaping in epic in offhand right as each song hits, then switching back in your main weapon?
