MQ2 download no longer includes injector source

Due to the authorization system implemented to prevent Zerix from mass distributing binaries, we are using a closed source injector. Having an open source injector defeats the purpose of having the authorization in the first place. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you (or convenience since it's already compiled...) but this is what the developers have agreed upon instead of moving off of sourceforge, etc. I have gotten many PMs saying we did the right thing and they love it, and also a few complaints. We've addressed all the complaints that were possible to address. Thank you for your continued support of the project.
