Cha?

Okay I got my cha up to 130, am making about 190pp an hour, but I am curious as to, if I should buy more cha items, If i got +40 cha, would it make much of a difference? How much of one?

It all depends on what you con...

Indifferent or better = 104 Cha needed to get best buy/sell price
Apprehensive = 132 Cha to get the best buy/sell price

Also, prices depend on how much has been bought/sold at that vendor. If people buy/sell a lot from a certain vendor, you'll get less when you sell, and pay more when you buy, and it will get progressively worse as more people buy/sell at him.
