Berserker macro

I am looking for a Macro for my berserker to be setup just like the RH only i would like 2 - 3 additional things.

The basic layout's of the macro i want to autofrenzy,autosnare,auto ragevolley. I would also like it to click my epic from inventory every 5 minutes, 1.5. If anyone know's a macro setup like this please let me know, i use it to grp with my buddy and set him as a controller and i sleep he works me up and controlls me from his pc to my pc etc.
