MS VC++ toolkit still able to compile Macroquest?

Post by Bigguy70 » Tue Sep 27, 2005 11:06 pm

On the Wiki I clarified where to find NMAKE.exe http://www.macroquest2.com/wiki/index.p ... g_MS_tools

Is it still possible to use the toolkit to compile? Every search I have used has lead to posts that have been removed.

Yes,

But no one is going to hold your hand through it.

If you really want to learn how to use nmake to work for you with the instructions you've already been graciously given then I would advise you to go google nmake.

In case you didn't know, you can copy the contents of one of your MQ2Auth0.h files into the other, and only compile once for both computers. Saves a little time, and you don't have to update all your plugins on 2 PCs.
