Im after a macro which will cast a buff depending on the tell it received

If i had an Enchanter called Bob and I sent it a tell "/tell Bob Clarity"
it would cast Clarity on whoever sent the tell.

Is there anything like this out there?

Been trying the other two VIP macros with my monk....nightmare so far. Need clearer instructions like this macro, list of commands and how they are used.
