Zone into POTranq. There will be a spinning book. Sit on that and face the exit door. Put your lockpicks on the cursor and click on that doorway. Instant skillups basicly cause the door doesn't open/close.

If your worried about wandring, set a perimter radrius up in a parameter and then just do a check if your current lock is > then the perimiters. If that makes sense to you, does to me.

It works with the level 49 sow AND for some reason it likes to have spell slots 1 2 3 4 5 not like 2 3 4 5 6. A few bugs, but if you must you must.
