with this fix, it didnt cast any hobble spell, when I changed the spirts to spirits, i get You dont not have that ability and USING AA ABILITY: NULL

i still am not able to get fetter of spirits to work in place of hobble

in your nuke_Libra file you'll see autoTL=0 that should say autoTL=1

it also wont work if you use pop tell windows

Not real sure what I did... but it seems to be working... using the Freq-09-23-05.zip got the XML files not up to date message... course di's workin' on the Inventory window atm which with this zip doesn't have the tabs... so I copied the inventory xml from the default directory to my Frequency dire...
