If you're running Vista 64, and are getting the MQ2Auth0.h error, make sure that your shortcut to MQ2 does NOT have the "Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows XP" checked. I know at least one person *cough* who screwed that up. I'm using VC++ 2008 Express - I haven't yet built...
