I'm using autokite on my bard, but I wanted to set it up so taht if my bard got to x% health, I would cast x spell.

I know how to do the casting, but in every attempt I have made I can't get it to check the bards hp.

If anyone can help me I would appreciate it greatly.

/i say is a command native to the MQ2IRC plugin, in the event you don't have the plugin it shouldn't cause you issues.
