Right now euro server run the same version as the us.

MQ2 works fine here with the last version on the French server.

While doing the french translation I found that :

#event Stunned "You cannot cast while stunned#*#"

should be :

#event Stunned "You can't cast spells while stunned!#*#"

You can find the text in eqstr_us.txt, at index 175.

As stated in an other post you should not have to change this for euro version, the version date are the same for euro and us for the same patch level.
You need to use an older release of MQ2.

The best way for all translation stuff would be to use the eqstr_fr.txt, eqstr_en.txt, eqstr_de.txt. All the strings are enconded into those.

Nah, we could change that to recognize the other languages EQ uses. You'd still have to do MQ commands in English... but really that isn't hard, since you only have to change the command list, you can leave the source code pretty much intact. The euro version works with the english command, they on...

I am a lazy man Mckorr, please free the non-us for the need of change in the code :p
